1. Due to exchange rates, precious metal and stone price fluctuations, stone availability, etc. All prices quoted are valid for 5 days only. We take great care to ensure that we sell what we advertise. Smaller side stones’ carat weight might vary marginally from what is advertised. All our small diamonds are calibrated in mm to ensure they appear symmetrical and calculated in bulk formats. 
2. Please note that the value of diamonds may be subject to change over time due to factors such as supply and demand, technological advancements, and market trends. While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information about our lab-grown and natural diamonds, we cannot guarantee their future value. As with any investment, we encourage our customers to make informed decisions based on their own research and preferences

4. Delivery- Certain Prices includes transport and delivery within the Republic of Ireland. See product descriptions or contact us for more info.
5. The manufacturing time of custom jewellery could vary significantly. We aim to complete manufacturing in the shortest time possible but there are no guarantees as to how long manufacturing and transport lead times could be. See product descriptions or contact us for more info.
   
   1. Grace Diamonds cannot be held responsible for any delays with regards manufacturing and delivery times that is outside of their control.
6. Ready-to-wear rings are made/quoted in average sizes (UsuallyM/N) and can possibly be resized which will incur an additional fee (items bought from the Online and Facebook shops) If it is not possible to alter a size, a new custom ring could be made. The price might vary, either up or down.
7. The size/carat weight of  Gemstone jewellery is either indicated by mm or carat weight. Due to the nature of the cut of these stones, there might be a very small variance in the advertised size/weight. This variance would be marginal and does not affect the price of the stone/item. We do however take great care to ensure we accurately portray the products as detailed as possible.
8. Any alterations to our Ready to Wear items in the shop will change the status of the jewellery piece from a ‘Ready to Wear’ to a “custom made’ item.
9. Custom 3D Design images and quotes- Grace Diamonds offer the first 3 (three) 3D designs and quotes for each individual item for free. Further designs will incur a fee of eu50 (fifty euros). Proof of payment for further designs will be required before further designs can be sanctioned. This amount will be deducted from the final quote
10. Unless agreed in advance, all designs and IPs (custom or ready-to-ear items) remain the property of Grace Diamonds and can be used at the discretion of Grace Diamonds.
11. The colour of natural gemstones cannot be guaranteed to be exactly the same as the images on the website. 
12. To secure the selected stones for your jewellery piece and to ensure prompt manufacturing lead times and delivery, Proof of Payment (deposit) will be required within 3 days of acceptance of quotes.
13. Acceptance of a quote will immediately put our design and manufacturing team into action. Costs of designing and wax mold manufacturing are included in the price, if a client cancels or alters the order after the manufacturing process has begun, the client will be liable for all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. This fee will be based on the flat rate of the cost of said changes.
14. Payment in full will be required before delivery takes place.
15. All taxes and duties applicable to the Republic of Ireland are included in the price.
16. We want you to feel confident about purchasing with us, which is why our 14 days return policy gives you plenty of time to return your order if you’re unhappy. Your item(s) must be in an unworn and pristine condition for a full refund or exchange and with the original tag attached to the product. All returns will be assessed by our operations team prior to being accepted.

18. Please note that special orders, bespoke/custom orders and personalised items are not eligible for a refund/exchange.
19. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our earrings and where the goods have been correctly supplied in accordance with an order and are not defective they will not be accepted for return, unless previously agreed to in writing.
20. There is a 10% (or 30 euros, whichever is higher) handling, restocking, and cleaning charge on all returned goods.
21. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned deliveries lost or damaged. Once we receive your return we will process your refund/exchange request. Assessment usually takes between 10-14 days to be processed.
22. We recommend that goods are sent by registered/insured postage, and paid for in full by the client.
23. The costs of transport for any return for any reason whatsoever (alterations, returns, remodeling etc) will be for the client’s account. 

24. We strongly advise insuring your jewellery against any potential damage, loss, or theft. Insurance provides peace of mind, ensuring that your valuable pieces are safeguarded no matter the circumstance. We take great pride in crafting our jewellery with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring each piece is both beautiful and durable. However, it is important to note that, on rare occasions, stones may become loose or fall out. While we take all necessary precautions to prevent this, we recommend that our clients take additional measures to protect their cherished items.

25. Lost stones can be replaced by our goldsmith, we can send an accurate replacement quote once we received the item for assessment.
26. Do not under any circumstances write the words Grace Diamonds, diamonds or jewellery anywhere on any packages you send us.
